How to reset my password

I forgot my password

1. On the login screen, click Forgot my password.
2. Enter your registered email.
3. You will receive a reset link valid for 1 hour.
4. Click the link and set a new password.

I didn't receive the email

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Confirm the email you entered is correct.
• Wait up to 5 minutes before requesting again.

If the problem persists, contact support.

I want to change my password (already logged in)

Go to Settings → Security → Change password.
