Roles and permissions

Roles

• Admin — full control: content, players, settings, and campaign billing.
• Moderator — manages content and players, with no access to billing or campaign deletion.
• Editor — creates and edits content (sessions, notes, characters).

Hierarchy

Admin has more power than Moderator, who has more power than Editor. A role can never grant another person more permissions than it has itself.

Changing roles

In Campaign settings → Players, the Admin can change each person's role. See how to invite players.
