Audio upload problems

Upload doesn't finish

• Check your internet connection.
• Confirm the file is audio in a common format.
• Very large files take longer — wait for the progress bar.

Transcription stuck or failed

• Processing runs in the background and may take a few minutes.
• Confirm you have credits available — without credits, the AI won't process. See how credits work.
• Audio with no audible speech may not produce a useful transcription.

Still failing

Re-upload the audio in the session. If the error persists, contact support with the campaign name and the time of the attempt.
